So many people are ramping up their marathon or half-marathon training programs for this fall or are kiddos about to embark on cross country season. Most injuries are caused by too much, too soon, too fast syndrome! I find strengthening the muscles of your feet and ankles can really help to reduce many common overuse injuries.
